拿airpods pro去修,因為我買的這批airpods pro剛好有音質問題,所以找最近的官方授權維修商修,送去當天晚上,就有工程師跟我聯絡說,檢測完畢,可以免費幫我換新,5個工作天,我的airpods就修好了,看google評論這間店都不太好,但我實際去的體驗覺得他們服務好,速度也快!sop流程也都很透明!

因AirPods pro符合招回資格來這邊換新,效率比預期還快,本來說要3-5天但1天就完成。事後還有打電話追蹤滿意度。

預約時間到還要等一個小時,明明已經保了apple care還說修跟買新的一樣價格,說即便修好了保固也只有90天,一直推銷他們家在賣的筆

最低一顆星,不然應該給0顆星。 預約時間到了前面還有客人多等了半小個小時就算了,我的AirPods pro是符合官方召回資格的還直接說我這是氧化進水才有噪音,服務人員真的來學太極的吧

iPhone11螢幕破損,在蘋果官網預約維修,依預約時間來,不用等待,維修報價與神腦相同,(但是神腦的預約都要等很多天後,於是選擇這家試試看) 從送修到取件約2小時,速度很快,過程愉快,非常感謝即時解決了我的困擾。

2022.3.22不愉快的送修體驗 由於去年購買剩餘一個月保固的iPad air 4在觸控上出現無法左右滑動但可以上下的問題,因此在apple支援app裡預約這家。 下午六點多進門取號,走流程清除指紋密碼等等送修前過程,前台小姐找到iPad幾乎沒有傷痕的鋁框上有約略1°的傾斜形變,就開始推薦16500台幣的整新機加保固購90日方案,然後就沒再提及舊機送修之類過程,聽完後離開思考平板應該是軟體系統上出現某些錯誤無關硬體。 回家重置系統後,無刮傷無裂痕的螢幕觸控狀態恢復正常,因此對店家處理態度非常不滿,一台良好機子就因為前台處理差點就被犧牲了,而支援根本沒有支援效果,連基本的分析與提醒都無法辦到就推薦付錢換新。 最後二星原因是被拒絕當下並沒有生氣而且一進門沒多等待就處理到我

I bought the 90-day plan, and then I didn't mention the process of sending the old machine for repair. After listening, I left and thought that the tablet should be some error on the software system and nothing to do with the hardware. After returning home to reset the system, the touch state of the screen with no scratches and no cracks returned to normal, so I was very dissatisfied with the store's handling attitude. A good machine was almost sacrificed because of the front desk handling, and the support had no effect at all. Even basic analysis and reminders can't be done, so it is recommended to pay for a new one. The reason for the last two stars is that I was not angry at the moment when I was rejected, and I was dealt with as soon as I entered the door without waiting for a long time.
