★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced terrible customer service. My Mac Book Pro could hardly connected to Wifi since I got it so I brought it for repair. However, the technician kept accusing me causing the issue saying that
"you probably did something to change the setting or you probably downloaded unlicences software."
Well, it if were the set up problem, why can't they changed it back. To be honest, I haven't changed any setting since I got it. AND I always use licensed software.
After I picked it up, I couldn't even log in to my Mac because they did not tell me what the password was (it's not my original log in id either). This terrible experience makes me really nervous about Apple product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to trivialize the charging problem but I insisted it getting examined by engineers. Turns out the iPad were defective and replaced.
I suggest anyone who visit this place to take their “analysis” with a grain of salt and protect your rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we came here because the ipad screen had a problem and there’s no way they can fix it so they offered us a replacement that we have to pay . we asked if the replacement is in good condition and they said it is as good as new so we agreed and after 4 months of using it carefully it just suddenly stopped working. wont even turn on. came back to the store and they said there’s nothing they can doz with the price we pay we expect a functioning device that will last for at least three years . we felt we’ve been robbed. sad but true.
