外面一堆人在排隊，櫃檯人員看到還無視，真的爛的徹底，跟上面評價真的很符合

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有現貨卻不願意賣，一直要客人加購 ”延長保固” ，不是很友善。購物時就被刁難，不敢想像，萬一商品要出保固時，會是怎麼樣的對待！
It is in stock but unwilling to sell it. It is not very friendly to ask customers to add an "extended warranty". When I was shopping, I was made things difficult. I can't imagine how it would be treated if the product was out of warranty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的很感謝羅×堯店員，非常熱心又有耐心的幫我的ipad想盡辦法解鎖，因為自己的ID和密碼忘記了，又不知道該如何處理，麻煩羅先生幫忙，謝謝他不厭其煩的為我們居中聯絡，耗費了他很多時間，並且一直替我們想辦法，只是無奈都不得其解，購買證明又無法提出，最終只好選擇放棄。
但是我還是要大大的感恩這位服務員，對於工作的熱誠，再次萬分感恩
