覺得維修速度滿快的 維修的姊姊人也很好
手機殼剛好也要換了
店內也有犀牛盾保護殼 顏色選擇多
螢幕觸控這幾天用也都沒問題 推~

態度良好、退費乾脆,但技術極差,價格也比他家貴很多。

iPad Pro 9.7電量常急遽下降,攜至店家詢問更換電池。
店家表示電池膨脹,我同意維修。

中午致電家取回更換過電池的iPad,但連續兩次無預警關機(推測是斷電)且無法以電源鍵開機。此情況在維修前未曾發生。
店家表示留機再檢查。
下午表示將會退費,說可留下新的電池或換回原來的電池,若換回原來的電池可避免無預警關機的情況,我想換回原來的電池至少還能用,因此請店家換回原來的電池。
晚上取回換回原本電池的iPad,刮痕變多之類的都還可以接受,但帶回家後才發現iPad有一股臭味,後來才知道是鋰電池破裂後產生的味道。

另一家維修店表示維修完成,並稱原本電池已經破了,破口僅用膠帶黏起來(應是AppleRepair所為),我才發現原來這幾周以來iPad飄出的臭味都是鋰電池的有害氣體,並且有高度自燃的風險。
另一家維修店維修完成後,新電池使用正常、沒有無預警關機的問題。
儘管AppleRepair服務態度良好、退費也很乾脆,我仍極度不推薦,原因如下:
1. 雖有告知電池膨脹繼續使用的風險,但未告知電池已經破裂,害我吸了許多天的化學氣體。
2.價格比他家貴很多。

At noon, I called my home to retrieve the iPad that had been replaced with the battery, but it was turned off twice without warning (presumably powered off) and could not be turned on with the power button. This situation did not occur before the repair.
The store said to check the machine and check again.
In the afternoon, I will refund the fee, saying that I can leave a new battery or switch back to the original battery. If I switch back to the original battery, I can avoid the situation without warning shutdown. I want to change the original battery to at least use it, so please ask the store. Switch back to the original battery.
In the evening, I retrieved the iPad back to the original battery. The scratches were more acceptable, but I found out that the iPad had a smell when I took it home. Later I learned that it was the smell of the lithium battery.

Another repair shop said that the repair was completed, and said that the original battery has been broken, the crack is only glued with tape (should be AppleRepair), I found that the smell of the iPad floating in the past few weeks is harmful to the lithium battery. Gas and there is a high risk of spontaneous combustion.
After the repair of another repair shop is completed, the new battery is used normally and there is no problem with no warning shutdown.
Although AppleRepair has a good service attitude and the refund is very simple, I still recommend it extremely, for the following reasons:
1. Although there is a risk of telling the battery to continue to expand, I have not told the battery that it has broken, which has caused me to smoke for many days.
2. The price is much more expensive than his family.

回店裡做諮詢 表示過保 再次維修的話會便宜$500(這點我認了 畢竟過保)
重點 查詢維修資料的時候 說找不到維修的資料紀錄 這點讓人覺得很扣分

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務很差,連續兩個店員說話很小聲,不然就是很大聲很兇,一開口就說我的手機有換過殼?實際上根本就沒有換過鋁殼,專業程度令人質疑。接著就很不客氣問"你有更低得價格嗎?",坦白說,自己的市調自己查,其實我也是隨口掰掰價碼而已,Apple原廠價格多少官網都查得到,會來你這就是除了價格之外的因素,但這種服務態度,令人作噁。
回下面店家的回覆,你只是店長,你也不再現場,也只有你看過回放,怎麼證明你說的是真的?寫下複評的時候你就已經沒有主導權了。
如果只有我一個人寫複評,那是我小心眼,但已經有很多人寫你的問題了,還不知道改善服務,只想洗白,反正也不關我的事情,我不喜歡你的店,也不推薦朋友去,如此而已。
另外補充:你說你有看過回放,那位問我有沒有換過鋁殼長的很像T的員工,知道我螢幕破裂還花式甩放我的手機,雖然在軟墊上不會怎樣,但這是對待客人手機的態度嗎?不檢討自己員工,檢討不消費的客人?真的笑死人了,手機都被你們拿去這樣甩了誰還想消費,然後一直問白目問題,說真的,過年想放假就不要硬著頭皮不甘願來上班。
然後我手機上的鋁殼有雷射一些前版本沒有的安規被懷疑換殼?專業在哪裡?
