K	Kandy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特地大老遠第一次到達這裡購買剛開始真的對這裡的第一印象覺得蠻棒的 (環境很優) 由於孩子當日購買的新機是iPhone 14 Plus B服務人員在協助轉換資料過程中,時間比較長,當時另一位C服務人員當時有來催促,說明後面還有人在排隊,要我們不要佔著位子 (這個位子也是A服務員帶我們來的,重點是,我們是在正常的過程下使用這個位子) 我當時的感覺很差,真心覺得,很可惜...一個這樣好的服務據點,不該是這樣對待客人.... 離開時,與孩子約定好,下次絕對不會再來了

I prefer the A13 store over the 101 location, this is easier to get in and out of. Tip: order online for pickup in the store, even if you’re in the store - it’s usually faster than trying to buy from an associate.
R	Rachel An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and spacious new Apple Store in Taipei! I’d say it’s the flagship store in Taiwan! The hardware and space is well designed and futuristic, located in the heart of Taipei’s financial and shopping district. We went on a Tuesday to get a phone fixed, it took a while, but the service was professional. We have also experienced the “lifestyle” and “education” approach created by Apple, and quite amazed by how young the users are nowadays! Very cool!
S	Shawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning... the building is just so catchy that you know it’s Apple. With the top of the floor serving retail purchases and display of sets. The basement is bigger with today at Apple event held, connected with the new Breeze shopping mall. It’s very accessible if you like to head to shop before going for an appointment with Apple. Staff are great but could be better. Not proactive enough... people could be seen walking and staff just standing there.

They took in my laptop for 6 days because of a hardware issue and all they did was to factory reset it and told me with a straight face that it had solved the problem. They also went against Apple’s corporate rules by making me sign that they will only give the fix one shot and if their repair doesn’t work it’s my own problem. Now I have talked to a Senior Advisor who confirmed that this is agianst policy and I am having it fixed by sending it to Apple instead. I would not dare to let the technicians at Apple Store 信義 A13 touch any of my Apple products again, do yourself a favor and find another Apple store or certified retailer.

The first floor primarily showcasing the Apple products and B1 is where you can make purchases, attend Apple Today, pick up your order, bring your product for repair at the Genius Bar, and etc. Of course, all items found on the 1st floor is also in B1 except B1 has more accessories. The staff is great and professional.
A	A ak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location but it’s always crowded like night market. There is no feel like I’m inside apple store. Not so responsive, could be because less number of staff to assist.

I didn't expect it and I am still astonished while I write this. There are so many sellers inside and they know everything about the products. The majority of the staff speaks english. It's so clean that you can eat on the floor. Congratulations!
