之前看診等待排物理治療 說老師會聯絡,後來都沒有等到電話 後來去詢問櫃台說已超過兩個月不能退掛號費 要重新掛號才能排治療!我問說掛號之後多久會排治療,櫃台人員說不一定有時兩個月有時三個月,那超過兩個月又要重新掛號!覺得很不合理! 假如知道要等這麼久也不會浪費掛號費白白損失時間和金錢!

平瀏海長髮王姓櫃台行政人員素質有待加強。 2022/2/14晚間去復健,因我是第一次未看診直接去復健,不太清楚流程,我怕卡到復健時間,在報到時我就向櫃台人員詢問:「那我可以先上個廁所嗎?」,我的本意是報到完能不能上廁所再開始,結果櫃台人員態度很差的回:「可以先給錢嗎?」 其實到這裡我沒有覺得怎樣,只覺得櫃台人員態度不太好而已,真正讓人感到不舒服的是我上完廁所,就站在櫃台旁邊(我以為會有人來帶我),結果有個復健師來詢問我是做完還是有什麼事?我就說我剛來,復健師回覆說那要先回到櫃台拿單子,我當下回:「喔好我不知道櫃台沒跟我講」並且邊走回櫃台,櫃台人員居然回我:「我怎麼知道你不知道」 「我怎麼知道你不知道」 「我怎麼知道你不知道」 「我怎麼知道你不知道」 .....????? 請問,今天櫃台是你的工作,你本就不該預設每個前來掛號的患者都理所當然應該知道吧?好,即使你真的不知道,這是你應對的態度嗎?指引不就是你的工作內容職責嗎? 當下我有跟診所反應,但事後想想還是要上來評論,沒想到真的看到滿多人都說行政人員態度不佳,給一顆星是因為我認為診所必須重視,我並不覺得花錢就是大爺,但身為一個櫃台行政人員不該以這麼理所當然無理的態度面對前來的患者或是家屬,希望貴診所能加強王姓櫃台人員的素質。

Money is the uncle, but as a counter administrator, you should not face the patients or family members who come here for granted. 小朋友在這裡做語言復健,不管是語言老師還是醫生都是讓人很放心的且專業的,上週因為小朋友需要看診,診間在消毒,所以我們先去2樓上課,上完課發現還在消毒,因為有另外的行程沒辦法看診,詢問櫃台人員能不能之後再看,櫃檯的態度並沒有很好,一直說要消毒完才能進診間過卡,這我可以理解,但是要消毒到什麼時候其實可以先告知,因為我們的確沒辦法等待,而且一樓等候區滿滿的人潮等著要看診,之後有要來掛號的客人也詢問要等多久?!但是櫃台一直沒有給確定的時間,建議之後消毒多久可以先告知,讓別人有個心理準備要不要繼續等,不要讓人家傻傻地等待,也許是人太多櫃台已疲倦所以態度不是這麼優良...希望之後能改善一下

近中午去看診,醫生看完安排復健。復健櫃檯小姊看了健保卡與復健單後叫我坐旁邊椅子等,等20分鐘沒人招呼,忍不住問復健師還要等多久???復健師渾然不知我要復健,看了手錶說時間不夠,看要下午再來還是先做一半時間,下午再來一趟補一半時間?簡直傻眼@@,不是每個人都有那麼多美國時間,人員教育訓練真是很有問題!!!

看診區的櫃檯先生人非常好,會幫客人考量到後面復健狀況,醫生問診和細心度非常好,而且也很專業。 復健區的治療師也很好,會細心的解釋做的療程狀況,和效果為何。但瀏海長髮綁馬尾櫃台行政人員的應對說話有待加強。10:30打電話過去詢問看診事宜,回覆最晚11:40前到都可以,大約11:00到,請我去看診處,看完診後大約11:35,看診櫃檯其實有先解釋過他們連復健治療中心也是12點休息,所以有先讓我了解可能治療時間會縮短。 有問題需要特別訓練的是接電話的復健行政櫃檯小姐,她若在告知復健時間也同看診時間12點休息的話,我將會選擇下午再過去,而不是去了才被告知因為時間問題不能做完整的復健治療。希望她能夠再加強一下應對能力與技巧,才不會浪費別人的時間。 PS...大多數的看診與復健時間是會不同,例如成功復健科中午不休,有輪班,所以櫃檯小姐一定要跟來的病人說清楚一點,才不會有誤解。謝謝你們,也辛苦了。

Appropriate Rehab gotta be the best physical therapy center in Neihu district. Hands down! Dr. Chen is extremely passionate, professional and caring during consult, and is always willing to go extra miles to make patients feel comfortable with his treatment. With its convenient location near MRT station, their medical expertise can really benefit those work in Neihu Technology Park. Many of my friends and family also feel like this is the go-to physical therapy center in Taipei.

When I realized that I needed physiotherapy, I searched on Google map for a clinic which is convenient both from work and my residence, this clinic emerged. Since I like the décor a lot, might as well tried it. During 3 months of revisits, I saw all 3 doctors on duty, and I think they are all very professional. I was mainly treated by Dr. 蔡 who is always optimistic and cheerful to patients. The clinic is smartly managed that any patient can walk in and does their therapy without waiting in line. You may see comments here which complained about the service during busy hours. Well, the clinic thoughtfully places a chart on the reception counter where you can check what time is “red”-very busy, what time is “green”-slow. Patients can do their best to avoid the red zone. As for the chiropractors, I agree that some chiropractors are more pleasant than others, but 90% of time, they do their job very well. I’m now on my final step of one on one therapy, and I have the most lovable chiropractor whose last name is 洪. I’m a very cooperate patient and after 6 months of therapy, I’m almost fully recovered so you can do it, too! Good luck on your journey of physiotherapy.
