反應問題後，專員很積極的解決我的問題，雖然剛開始真的很不開心，但經過解釋後發現他們只是換新系統所以新舊系統無銜接好造成的誤會 養寵物找房子不容易，好不容易看到一件喜歡的也標示可以養寵物，結果打過去詢問後說要問一下屋主，在打回來說屋主這裡是不能養的，我就詢問但你們標示可以養我才找到你們，結果你說你們那裡的備註是不行的，現在都流行這樣吸引租客嗎？

I contacted the agency to find assistance locating an apartment suiting my needs. The "agent" did not listen to any of my request, but merely directed me to their faulty website. Not many options and multiple functions on the website are broken. The listed apartments seem overpriced relative to similar ones in the area. If I wanted to search for an apartment without assistance, I would use 591.

Daphne was very helpful in finding my apartment, negotiating with the landlord, and even went to buy special batteries for the door lock to ensure I wouldn't be locked out. She was very patient in explaining how things work here for me. She was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. She went above and beyond! Thank you :).

We found our perfect home in Kaohsiung by using this agency (Ms. Daphne is our agent). They are super professional, highly responsible, committed to their customers specific requirements, culturally adaptive and easy going for foreigners. Strongly recommend AREI (agent Michael) to any foreigners in Kaohsiung looking for renting. I have received very positive experience with AREI. As a foreigner without Mandarin it is difficult to find a proper agent. With AREI i rent a good apartment which satisfies my needs. Not only that, for us foreigners, there is a constant risk if something get broken in the apartment how to get things done. With Michael i don't think about this risk. Easy for communication and constantly ready to help. If something happens I just text him and he gives me ideas about possible solutions. He contacts on my behalf with the owner and i do not meet any language problems in this communication. And even he translates for me some announcements which the property management put in the elevator (I know it is not involved in his professional duties but it is example of how caring are people from AREI). Michael even informs me when it is time to change water filters, batteries or light bulbs, could you imagine. Totally satisfied with his service. Thank you, Michael!

After a long searching for the right apartment in Kaohsiung, and trying different, so-called English-speaking agents’ services, with different agencies, I finally met with Michael. He is an experienced real-estate expert, who is not just knowing, but understanding foreigners’ need and way of thinking when it turns to their living space. He helped me finding my current apartment that fulfils all my, not that few, requirements I had towards my home and its environment. I am thankful for him providing this amazing experience I have since I started my contract. He is also a very helpful person, who knows when and what should I expect, how things are working in Taiwan and his services in communication with some people here was awesome. Thanks Michael!
