★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原訂的預約時間被診所通知要更改提前一小時，結果到了之後還讓我等一個多小時還沒輪到我，請問更改時間的意義是什麼？然後病人詢問看診進度，牙助進去詢問醫師後出來只說：「要不要先去刷牙？」我已經在家徹底先刷完牙才去赴診的！！！不要找這種藉口去拖延病人的時間！請去進修一些時間排程課程。病人的時間都不是時間嗎？
 The original appointment time was notified by the clinic to be changed one hour in advance, but after it arrived, I was asked to wait for more than an hour before it was my turn. What is the meaning of changing the time? Then the patient asked about the progress of the visit. The dental assistant went in to ask the doctor and came out and said, "Should I go to brush my teeth first?" ! ! Don't make this excuse to delay the patient's time! 櫃檯人員和跟診助理服務真的不錯
但唯獨當天去看的那位醫師對她印象超差
對老人態度不友善，沒耐性又沒禮貌
即使妳技術再怎麼好也不會想去讓妳治療了
我會告誡親友千萬不要去

諮詢講解得非常詳細，裡面的器材都很新穎，還有器材專用的消毒空間。

貴店環境：5星
一直以為醫師是一次只看診一個人，結果開始看診時才發現醫師是一次看三個人。
提前預約看診，依預約時間準時到了現場後又讓我等了一個小時。開始看診後，醫師評估需要拔牙，麻藥一打完，醫師又跑去另一個顧客那邊看診，結果我的麻藥都退完了，才跑回來問我說要不要再打一次！？真的是是很誇張！拔牙整個流程花不到幾分鐘，但光是所有等待的時間整整花了我接近三個小時。雖然知道醫師看診很辛苦，但為什麼要讓我等那麼久，明明可以盡快結束療程，卻讓我在那邊乾等那麼久，那我提前預約的意義何在？
貴店環境的確很舒服，整體非常明亮！
個人覺得看診觀感本身就是一個很主觀的事情，以上評論只是我就看診結束後所有匪夷所思的點表達出來~撇除前述，醫師人的確很有耐心！謝謝您
