★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前往辦理解約，人員提出的方案出爾反爾，前後兩次解約金的報價價差將近一萬元！ 不停確認是否有其他方案可以解決，最後還是使用顧客自己想到的方案…… 打給客服確認後，服務人員態度才大轉彎，真的很不推☹️
When I went to handle the contract cancellation, the plan proposed by the staff went back and forth. The price difference between the two cancellation fees was nearly 10,000 yuan! Keep checking whether there are other solutions that can be solved, and finally use the solution that the customer thought of... After calling the customer service to confirm, the attitude of the service staff changed drastically, I really don't recommend it☹️
