★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the master piece from architect Ando Taodao 安藤忠雄 in Taiwan. The building itself is designed to absorb earthquake shocks, as the art gallery is sitting on top of an active geo-belt. The current exhibition features Zao Wou-Ki, a French-Chinese abstract and impressionism painter. The little cafe run by local college students is a nice hang out after your visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The museum sets up a new exhibition every 6months, following the university's semester. The exhibitions are all curated to educate and inspire not only the students but the locals around. Although it charges $250 NTD for entrance, it's definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An interesting museum of modern art on the grounds of a very good university. However, it is a bit of a trip getting here from Taichung. If you are in the city, it might be better to visit the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts in the downtown area, which has a bigger collection and is much easier to access. It makes sense to visit this museum only if you are visiting the Asia University, on whose grounds it is located, but there is no point to come here specifically for the museum.

With a cafe at the first floor, staff would recommend to visit the gallery first for the coupon of the cafe. The building itself is a masterpiece and its always great to take picture of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i saw a video about this museum i was amazed because the statues inside are cool and antique, but what I saw inside is different. There're so many one-eye triangle statue, it's not only one but almost in every edge of the museum. It's comfy inside, the architecture of the building also very unique even the shape of the building is triangle-shaped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture of this building is beautiful! It has a lot of natural lighting so it is a nice place to take picture. The art there is all by artists who have attended Asia University. The staff were very nice. It is $230NT to get in, and it only took me about 45 minutes to see all of the galleries. I loved the gift shop. The café has some absolutely beautiful and delicious food- I loved my matcha latté and the Italian chicken salad was honestly one of the best salads I've ever had! Overall, this place may be a bit expensive to visit (by Taiwan standards), but I had a lovely experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this museum, not too large and not too small, a lot of beautiful light and space. The exhibits were lovely and the interactive paintings by local artists was very special. They also had a fun exhibit on tigers for this lunar new year.
The museum shop has nice things, we bought a few things for the kids. The cafe is behind the shop, it’s a beautiful space but the food variety is very limited. They heavily advertised the beef noodle al over the restaurant but when we ordered at 12 noon, it was the last bowl available ??♀️.
The staff were all very kind and most of them were undergraduates of the university. I
