Good service and nice staff ?

The product selection is fine. The display and ability to treat the products is great . The staff on the other hand was very average. They don't work on commission to keep everyone the same but the issue with that is they don't care whether they are giving good service. One rep asked another rep while he was helping me whether they wanted to buy food and what he wanted to order. They couldn't wait till I was finished but asking these questions and interrupting me. At the same time, I was asking him a question and the rep just walked away without excusing himself or mentioning he would be right back. I guess I should just focus on the product and not the staff.

I bought these monitors as a pair for my primary home PC. I wanted 4k monitors for doing CADD work, and light gaming (Microsoft FSX flight sim). The system they are connected two is a newly built Windows 10 box with: AMD Ryzen 5-3600 CPU (6 Cores, 12 threads), ASUS X-570-P MoBo, ASUS Radeon 5500-XP GPU. The GPU has 1 HDMI port and 3 Display Ports. I am running both of these monitors off of the Display Ports. PROS: 1. No backlight bleed anywhere that I can see, at least in normal room lighting. In a totally darkened room, with the "foreground image" being a 0,0,0 RGB (100% black) graphic, there might be some slight backlight bleed, but it's unnoticeable with any kind of normal image on the screen. 2. Plug and play. I didn't have to mess with the monitor settings at all. Just pushed the little joystick thingy on the back once to power the monitors on, and they went right to 3840 x 2160 and synced with my GPU automatically. 3. Very nice colors. Looking at a random sampling of my own photos, the monitors appear to be showing the colors look correctly. I can't see any reason to fiddle with the color calibration. 4. Speed: Playing videos at 30 fps, or MS-FSX Flight Simulator at 60 fps, I don't see any lag. 5. Support stand is very sturdy. There are VESA mount holes for a wall mount, but I didn't need them. 6. Comes with BOTH an HDMI and a Display Port cable. VERY nice feature! I am running both monitors on Display Port. Overall, I'm 100% happy with this monitor and would buy it again.
