購買筆電時請他們幫忙製作還原隨身碟,但工程師說製作時間不知道要多久,所以叫我自己回去用。 之後按照說明書的流程也沒辦法順利製作還原碟,回頭請他們尋求協助時,就說我讓WIN10更新了,第一次開機就要馬上製作,所以沒辦法再作還原碟,還說用WIN10內建的就好了... 可是第一次開機就是在店裡!!當時有請他們幫忙製作就說沒辦法,回去自己用失敗難道只能自認倒楣? 賣筆電時很會講,售後服務也很會講,但實際獲得的協助目前是感受不到啦...
