R	Rob Cee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is OK. I had an Asus vivo stick that is useless and could not be repaired only replaced so I definitely don't recommend Asus. Also had a Asus Zenphone 2 that went wrong 5 times within the warrenty period. I suggest trying to get an appointment before you arrive and input the appointment number and last 4 digits of your cell phone number.

After eight days, they sent me a message they did a diagnostic and found that my phone battery needed to be replaced. They broke the LCD display when they opened my phone and couldn't replace it. They offered me a "new" phone but still charged me for the battery repair and told me they would contact me to come get it. After 25 days - yes, twenty-five days - they finally let me know that I could get my new phone.

I took mine in because the backlight broke and they ended up cleaning it and replacing multiple things for free. It took almost two weeks for me to get it back though. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
J	Juliette Morlet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there to fix my computer. You need to perfectly know it's there because it's not written anywhere from the outside. The space is relaxing. They helped me really fast and helped me to understand what the problem was. The only problem is that only a few are speaking English and it's still hard to understand if you're not affluent in Chinese. I've called the place and no one could speak to me by phone in English... Except that, the place is well fitted out.
K	Khari Secario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place entrance is hidden well. It's not too far from MOS burger near here. The place somehow feels like rundown shady apartment. Just take the elevator to 4th floor. When you arrive, you will be surprised by the very neat and spacious showroom. The waiting number ticket machine is located on the left side from the entrance inside the wall (really unnoticeable!). There is only 4 counter for service and maintenance, but they work so professional and fast. Dont forget to fill up your details (name, phone, email) at your ticket when you're waiting. They will use it for registering your service.

Not very customer friendly but impressive layout and achieved the required result (probably very simple and could have been done in 5-10 minutes instead of four days). Minimum charge is 500ntd if out of warranty. Reasonable, but poor compared to rival brands I've dealt with (maybe I was still in the warranty period)
