★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2 years, I've constantly had problems with my ASUS laptop. Every time they keep saying it is a system problem so they refuse to give me a new laptop. They even admit that my computer issues are abnormal and that I shouldn't have to keep coming to repair my laptop. However, they refuse to provide me with a new one.
I advise anyone here to no longer buy an ASUS laptop, especially if it will be serviced by this center. Based on the extremely poor quality of service, it is not worth buying an inferior product that will continue to breakdown at the most inconvenient times. You cannot depend on this center to provide even basic customer service. I will no longer buy ANY ASUS products in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here when my phones speakers crapped out. The woman there understood that I'm new to Taipei and needed my phone for the online maps and translation apps. She arranged for my phone for the urgent service and got it fixed within the hour. Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very tricky to find, because there's no sign whatsoever. I have to ask local, even the locals didn't know. Fortunately one girl helped me to find the building and we have to take lift to 8th floor. I came at weekend and the store is not so crowded. The staff who served me can't speak English very well, but she's quite helpful.

My notebook won't startup only five months after purchase. Personally went here to drop it off, they told me to wait 5-7 working days for repair.
After a week, they returned the notebook to me via mail, only to find that IT STILL WONT START UP.
Going there myself to complain about this, and yet they told me to WAIT AGAIN for 5-7 working days. Yes, you might have working days yourself, but I need that notebook to work. I can't work without it.
Will never buy myself any ASUS products again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience and can speak highly of this service center. My not even 1-year old Zenbook had some keyboard issues, and I went in for a fix. No waiting time; met a lovely lady who spoke English very well (no communication issues whatsoever); solid detecting of the issue; super quick delivery of the new keyboard and even quicker fix no questions asked. I am impressed with this customer service! [for reference: went in on Friday afternoon first time, dropped the laptop Saturday evening and got it back Monday evening]. Thank you ASUS!!
