之前因為覺得某設計師不錯,就有來這間洗+剪三四次,每次都是給同一個助理洗頭,雖手法不太舒服,但因是連鎖髮型店其實對這些都沒有太大期望,就只是想要找一個好預約又有耐心的設計師而已。
這次因看到現在燙+染有活動,一開始還很猶豫要不要單燙or染,因當天晚上7點有聚餐,也跟設計師確認如果染燙一起可以在6點前完成,於是我就從下午1點開始了這場非常不愉快的經驗。
大部分原因其實是助理,很明顯助理是個菜鳥,如果不是真的貴司應該要好好加強訓練
1.一開始跟設計師討論時,助理就邊在我額頭上黏塑膠片幹嘛的,有點無法好好與設計師溝通,後面因設計師先去幫其他客人剪,請我先去找有沒有喜歡的髮型,因塑膠片讓我無法正常看手機,因此詢問可不可以先拆下來,助理很慌張的說不可以,然後也沒打算幫我解決的意思(題外話:一開始問助理有沒有髮型書,講了好久說要錢之類的,結果她以為是髮型梳==然後此店還真的沒有髮型書)
2.後來去沖水進行第一次洗髮,助理問我所以你等一下要先染髮還是燙髮,這個問題應該是問客人的嗎??
3.過程中三不五時一直用肚子頂著我,到後面甚至是頂到我整個人會微傾斜的狀態
4.幫設計師抓著我的發卷時,手直接放在我頭上,知道手要一直舉著很辛苦,所以一開始輕輕放也沒表示什麼,後來是整個重量壓在我頭上,我頂回去一次之後原本終於離開我的頭了,後來又慢慢放上來
5.拆髮捲時的橡皮筋直接放在我頭上,我的頭看起來像桌子嗎^_^?
6.因燙完頭髮時已6點,我不知道是設計師太急還是怎樣,第二劑的固定劑是泡沫慕斯狀的,我只有前後圍著兩三條毛巾就開始上藥劑,過程中當然會有些小泡泡飄到身上,這我還可以接受,上到一半時換設計師就去忙別的客人了,剩助理在用,起身要去沖掉時,我發現我的椅子上有一攤藥劑,衣服背後也濕掉,不過也無任何作為
總之個人覺得公司制度已經教育訓練非常需要加強,除了不斷地塞客人,常常找不到設計師外,知道時間已經延遲了,不知道為什麼也不請其他的同事來幫忙處理加速過程,這中間也只有設計師不斷道歉,助理一副事不關己的樣子,非常不好的一次體驗。

Although the technique is not very comfortable, it is actually not too much for chain hair salons. Expectation is just to find a designer who makes appointments and is patient.
This time I saw that there are activities for ironing and dyeing. At the beginning, I was hesitant to do single ironing or dyeing. Because there was a dinner at 7 o’clock that evening, I also confirmed with the designer that dyeing and ironing can be done before 6 o’clock at the same time, so I just This very unpleasant experience started at 1 pm.
Most of the reasons are actually assistants. Obviously assistants are novices. If it is not true, your company should strengthen training.
1. When discussing with the designer at the beginning, the assistant stuck a plastic sheet on my forehead. It was a bit unable to communicate with the designer. Later on, the designer went to help other guests to cut it. Please check if there is any My favorite hairstyle, because the plastic sheet prevents me from looking at the phone normally, so I asked if I can remove it first. The assistant said no in a panic, and then didn’t mean to help me solve it. Hair book, I talked about it for a long time and asked for money, but she thought it was a hair comb == and there really is no hair book in this shop)
2. Afterwards, I washed my hair for the first time, and the assistant asked me. So if you want to dye or perm your hair later, should this question be for the guest? ?
3. During the process, I kept pushing my stomach with my stomach, and even pushed me back to the point where my whole person would be slightly tilted.
4. When helping the designer to hold my hair curlers, put his hands directly on my head, knowing that it is very hard to hold the hands all the time, so at first it didn’t mean anything to put it lightly, and then the whole weight was pressed on my head. After going back once, I finally left my head, but then slowly put it on
5. The rubber band used when unrolling the hair curler is placed directly on my head. Does my head look like a table^_^?
6. Because it was already 6 o’clock when I finished my hair, I don’t know if the designer was too anxious or what. The second fixative was foam mousse-like. I only had to put two or three towels around the front and back to start applying the medicine. Of course, there will be some small bubbles floating on my body. I can accept this. I changed the designer halfway to busy with other guests. The assistant was still using it. When I got up to wash it away, I found that there was a Spread the potion, and the back of the clothes got wet, but it didn’t do anything.
In short, I personally feel that the company system has been educated and trained very much. In addition to the constant crowding of customers and often no designers, I know that the time has been delayed. I don’t know why I don’t ask other colleagues to help with the acceleration process. Only the designer kept apologizing, and the assistant seemed to be irrelevant. It was a very bad experience.
