一開始溝通是洗剪燙(韓式捲)溝通過程中我也拿該名設計師的作品給他參考說我想燙這樣,結果燙完完全不是我想要的,剪的長度厚度也真的很離譜(長度完全跟他說的差快10公分,厚度僅剩三分之一)還一邊剪一邊嫌我髮尾很乾、受損嚴重、頭髮很塌、然後布丁頭很嚴重、說我瀏海很有個性她沒辦法救,我就問我今天要是沒有這些問題,我來這裡找設計師幹嘛?我要的只是你的專業服務,而不是聽你挑三揀四,說一句自己沒辦法救我的瀏海,那幹嘛還要繼續後面的動作,我都委婉說沒關係,你想怎麼剪就怎麼剪了,結果你就是不動我的瀏海,只把他燙捲就交差了事,剪髮過程中頻頻串場處理別的客人不然就是搞失蹤,助理不知所措的時候,你回來也只會罵助理給我聽,我都不能理解預約到底有什麼意義,不是應該專心於預約時段的客人嗎?自己愛推銷別人用很花時間的髮型,結果又那麼不負責任,到收尾的時候才又竄出來搶助理的工作,看自己剛接的客人坐在我隔壁,就馬上裝熱心的教我怎麼吹頭髮,硬要我示範給你看,我都表明我趕時間了(整顆頭用了四個多快四個半小時)還是硬要把我留在那邊,這麼爛的店收費又這麼貴,我還特地從中壢過去板橋剪,真的是「剪」一個很大的問題

When I arrive home, I noticed that there are still some long hairs at the back of my head. He didn't cut well, he just cut it without any style and there are still some hair strands that wasn't cut. I just asked my son to cut it for me. Then the next day, I noticed that there are still some gray hair strands that wasn't dyed. I just let it go. Then, 5days later my husband noticed that the dye on my hair just fade. I spent NT$2090 on that appointment and I didn't get the result I wanted. In just 5days my gray hairs are visible again. And the girl who washed my hair, didn't even give me a scalp massage. She just washed it for about a minute then rinse. I just wasted my time and money going to this salon.
