今天路過上來染頭髮 ㄧ進去櫃檯的人接待非常親切 幫我操作的設計師也是大拇指的 雖然沒有預約但整體流程非常順暢 幫忙設計師的寸頭助理弟弟服務態度超級有禮貌 技術也在水準之上 完全不用擔心 用完頭髮整體感想非常滿意 之後會回來繼續用?
Today, I passed by to dye my hair, and the person who entered the counter was very kind. The designer who helped me with the operation was also a thumbs up. Although there was no appointment, the overall process was very smooth. The assistant who helped the designer, the younger brother, was super polite and the technology was above the standard. Don't worry at all I am very satisfied with my hair after using it, I will come back to use it again ?

看臉書廣告推播去的,店家圍裙有潮濕味道,很像沒曬乾的潮濕味,圍起來很臭不舒服,這樣都還能忍受,設計師adam技術有待加強,燙髮過程很不舒適,因為被燙傷就沒有勇氣繼續施作,剪髮回去也發現長短不齊,本來只想給一顆星,但設計師態度良好,所以給了二顆,只是希望未來設計師技術要加強,是讓我心有餘悸的一次美髮經驗。

今日第一次去洗頭消費 整體感覺其實蠻差的,新來的洗頭弟弟..嗯..聽他說15歲? 撇除新手不說,但實在是有待加強… 1.洗頭沒有洗到頭皮,說了力道可以在重一點,但微微用力一些後沒多久又沒力氣了~ 洗頭是用身體的力氣去洗的~洗後面明顯沒特別太多感覺~水也沒沖到後面 2.水溫忽冷忽熱,通常洗髮第一次的試水溫就應該要記得水溫的溫度,而不是一直忽冷忽熱的,重覆問多次水溫! 3. 為什麼前面沒有蓋毛巾呢? 貴店習慣? 4. 洗完頭呢~頭這麼濕也沒有擦乾,直接包毛巾,起來直接狂滴水?請先把頭皮擦乾在包起來謝謝? 起來頭真的有夠冷 5.助理弟弟跟設計師說話,轉頭不小心手寸打到客人的頭,說了句不好意思 ,麻煩記得不小心有這種狀況的時候。請說:對不起! 說了句不好意思就轉頭直接走掉~ 還有記得問客人說話時,別整個臉貼上來看著我說:「蛤?」 很傻眼 雖說是新手15歲~ 但整體服務來講實在是太生疏了……我做美髮時14歲…所以不要跟我說年紀小不懂! 明確知道自己的目標是好事,但對自己的品質請要有一定的要求。 本來想著這些我在跟設計師說就好,但看了設計師的服務、技術。嗯..這家店的品質標準也就到這了吧!! 所以也不難理解 助理弟弟洗髮標準為啥這麼低了~~ 其實真的沒有250的價值! 如果連個基本服務的標準都沒有 那就更別談燙、染、護了 洗頭是所有美髮屆的基本標準!洗不好沒有關係,多練習就好 會越洗越順手! 但以這樣的服務來說 實在是….嗯..有待加強!完全沒基本可言~ 以後基本上不會再來貴店的 實在是不推~~~~ 可能趕下班吧!!! 辛苦上班一整天很辛苦,過年很忙站一天也能理解~想下班想吃飯想休息 都是人之常情~~~ 但這種想趕下班的心情太過強烈了喲!
