★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整個淡水區非但連一家分行都沒有，連唯一一台在家樂福的ATM，也不願意安裝有補褶機功能的ATM，補個褶也要跑到最近的北投，如何號稱台灣服務最好的銀行？！
The entire Tamsui District does not even have a branch, and even the only ATM at Carrefour, is unwilling to install an ATM with a pleating machine function. To make a pleat, you have to go to the nearest Beitou. How can it be called the best service in Taiwan? Bank of? !
