★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 繳個信用卡費被告知要等1個半小時，櫃臺小姐回答問題連頭都不抬一下，態度超級傲慢且無禮，根本就是個超沒水準的外商銀行。根本連一顆星都不想給，只想給100坨屎。
I was told to wait an hour and a half to pay a credit card fee. The lady at the counter answered the question without lifting her head. Her attitude was super arrogant and rude, and she was simply an unqualified foreign bank. I don't even want to give a star at all, I just want to give 100 lumps of shit.
