效率超差又沒服務可言。

I came to handle the non-contract transfer function of koko today. I did not expect the service staff to solve many of my troubles with the digital cash flow and app use of Cathay Bank. The explanation was detailed and polite, and proactively understood the needs of customers. It is really great. Those who need it until come, haha ~

開戶需要什麼資料,未滿20歲要帶什麼資料
12/18下午13:40到貴銀行,諮詢人員說要上網先填寫資料,又說不用了,到了專門開戶的小姐
一坐下來,問我們為什麼要來這間開戶
有什麼用途?媽媽有國泰世華的帳戶嗎?
通常不是小孩都會跟媽媽一樣的帳戶嗎?
地址會常換嗎?我們回答存款用
她說多少錢?我們回答多少有的,重點來了
說我們申請開戶需要審核才能通過???
我兒子要寫資料,我請他勾定存!
她又說不行不行!不能勾
因為我們定存要自已上網申辦?
然後她再問我們
那我們還要辦嗎?
請問!妳是以為我是詐騙集團嗎?
服務態度這樣

要不是我公司開會時間要到了急著離開,我當場一定請貴行經理出來看怎麼處理…
