之前也去過好幾次了此種情況並非一兩次
幾乎每次都是這樣
而且每次都是不同一個店員
可見員工培訓之問題
整體櫃檯人員態度欠佳
給予客人感受極差(身邊很多親戚朋友也都皆有一樣之感受）
希望貴店在過濾審核員工時再更加慎重嚴謹

Visible staff training issues
Poor overall staff attitude
Gives guests a bad experience (many relatives and friends around them also feel the same)
Hope your store will be more cautious when filtering and reviewing employees
