建議優化取包裹服務與貨物重量堆疊的順序，當客人要取得貨物在最底層時，建議可先協助客人搬移再服務下位客人。因為有些包裹是真的很重。等於客人自己要先搬移上面一大堆的貨才能拿自己的去結帳。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買飲料數量較多額外購買購物袋，結帳完完全沒有想將飲料裝進購物袋的意思，還裝忙走去旁邊東摸摸西摸摸，覺得消費者買的多自己裝袋也沒什麼，但兩個店員耶，沒有其他客人也不忙，在懶什麼？非常不及格的服務。
