現場4個櫃檯，實際上有一個櫃檯長時間無人員服務，
加上有一個專門辦開戶的櫃檯，現場需要辦理一般服務的客戶就是一陣瞎等，更何況，辦理一般業務的其中一個櫃檯已經服務同一個客戶超過一小時，難道其他的客戶都是隱形的嗎？現場客戶的抱怨已經不少了，請問其他的行員不能協助嗎？要不是為了評論，我連一星都不想給！
