服務很好進門就有人員詢問引導,開銀行戶和證券戶可以一起在這辦理很方便,尤其開戶櫃檯康小姐非常專業負責,也很有耐心引導完成開戶手續,所以後來又帶女兒去開證券戶也是康小姐耐心處理女兒姓名中難字問題,把之前銀行帳號上的字體導正,很棒的銀行專員。

今一早過去銀行,服務台4號的王小姐服務態度很好。因是網路銀行和證券交割戶的生手,王小姐很有耐心的說明,並協助APP的設定,謝謝她。

真的是一個服務效率很差的分行,整個大廳已經擠進了3、40位要辦業務的民眾,原因就是2個服務的櫃檯堵車了超過30分鐘,但偏偏還有其它好幾個空櫃檯,而且裡面明明有人,也不知道忙什麼,就是不開櫃提供服務,寧願讓大批民眾枯等,比公家機關還官僚!

This is ridiculous that my friend and I waited for. 1hrs just for apply new credit card. I am seriously disappointed by the lack of efficiency of the credit card application, and can only hope that this is not regular behavior for this company.

STAFF CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Using GOOLE TRANSLATE to communicate with foreigner customer. Finally cannot communicate! get nothing. This company is already big, but why for the employee examination there is no IQ, EQ, TOEIC test to get in this company??? SOOOOO BADDD SERVICE
