★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常爛的一家超商。拿自己身分證去幫太太取快遞,證件背後配偶欄名字寫的清清楚楚, 店員(簡姓及吳姓店員)還非要堅持讓我回家拿太太證件再跑一趟。 那麼多年第一次遇到這樣找麻煩的。 自己店還放一堆箱子在騎樓佔道,喜歡拿著公司規矩雞毛當令箭,輪到自己應該遵守的法規卻不遵守。再也不會去這家爛店。
A very bad supermarket. I took my ID card to help my wife fetch the courier. The name of the spouse was clearly written on the back of the card. The clerk (Jian and Wu clerk) insisted on letting me go home and take my wife’s ID. For the first time in so many years, I have encountered such trouble-making. My store also puts a pile of boxes in the arcade to occupy the road, and likes to take the company’s rules as an arrow, but it is his turn to abide by the laws and regulations. Never go to this bad shop again.

??就像評論說的拿公司的規定當擋箭牌,不會試著幫客人解決問題,只會跳針式回覆!??
客人的貨物常常擺的店內櫃檯旁都是,忙不過來時就請客人等等等,要不然就是叫客人自助找包裹,還發生過店員不會刷條碼,要客人現場等店員聯絡到店長後利用APP換條碼傳來後,刷過了才讓客人取走包裹;不忙時,客人要取件時卻一副百般刁難,搞得取件的客人像是小偷一樣,從沒取個件這麼麻煩過!規定是死的人生活的!!!
當然不是整間店的店員都這麼差勁,偏偏在本月15號就遇到了一位差勁的店員(簡XX),壞了一間店的名聲!

Later, I used the APP to change the barcode and sent it, and then swiped it before allowing the guest to take away the package; when not busy, when the guest wanted to pick up the package, they made a lot of difficulties, making the picking-up customer act like a thief, never picking up a package. So troublesome! The rule is the life of the dead! ! !
Of course, it’s not that the clerk in the whole store is so bad, but on the 15th of this month, I met a bad clerk (Jan XX), which ruined the reputation of a store!
