★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 讚?，重視客戶的聲音與承諾。上次回廠保養時，跟休息室的服務人員建議提供素食餐點，服務人員當面承諾，會立即反應與調整。今天回廠保養，果然菜單上增加了素食炒飯，品質也不錯。
 Praise and value the voice and commitment of our customers. The last time I returned to the factory for maintenance, I suggested to the service staff in the lounge to provide vegetarian meals. The service staff promised in person that they would respond and adjust immediately. Today I returned to the factory for maintenance. Sure enough, vegetarian fried rice was added to the menu, and the quality was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 業務跟修車廠都很差勁，維修時程一拖再拖...也不主動聯絡客戶，是要等多久啊？ㄧ點專業度都沒有，要不是新竹只有間奧迪，根本不想來光顧，拜託內部主管可不可以好好檢討
The business and the repair shop are very poor, and the maintenance schedule is delayed again and again... and do not take the initiative to contact customers, how long do you have to wait? ㄧI don’t have any professionalism. If Hsinchu only has Audi, and I don’t want to come here at all, can I ask the internal supervisor to review it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去幾年主要都是在台北南港廠做保養，但來過新竹廠幾次出保維修經驗，覺得新竹廠的整體服務品質比南港廠好。
In the past few years, I have mainly done maintenance at the Taipei Nangang plant. However, I have been to the Hsinchu plant for several times of warranty repair experience. I feel that the overall service quality of the Hsinchu plant is better than that of the Nangang plant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是第一次來新竹奧迪保養廠，雖然是連假期間，但服務人員/技師非常親切友好，技師能排除我所提到的異常點，做修繕維護。
接待人員提供的服務品質也很好，會細心解釋今天需更換的品項，也可以自己選擇是否要更換，不會強迫推銷，這次的經歷讓我對奧迪有改觀。
This is the first time I have come to the Hsinchu Audi maintenance factory. Although it is a holiday, the service staff/technicians are very kind and friendly. The technicians can eliminate the abnormalities I mentioned and do repairs and maintenance.
The quality of the service provided by the reception staff is also very good. They will carefully explain the items that need to be replaced today, and they can also choose whether to replace them, and will not force sales. This experience has made me a better view of Audi.
