家人(老人家)去這,店員告知可以更改費率改為較便宜的(遠傳999,改為亞太646),但卻沒清楚告知收費方式(前12個月646,後18個月798,還有多鈴聲服務、Gt tv 豪華套餐的費用),傻傻更改合約。更改前沒清楚告知遠傳有違約金,換了之後,也沒有享受能更換新機的優惠,結果就是什麼都沒有,只換到傻眼跟生氣。還說沒紙本帳單,亞太一直都是簡訊通知。後來去了崑山亞太服務處,服務人員告知,本來就有紙本帳單,變成簡訊帳單是自己更改過的,應是震旦店員沒問過家人自己更改的,也問了手機問題,沒換到新機,應是震旦將獎勵金拿去貼遠傳違約金及轉自己的佣金。這家的店員態度不是很好,男店員還會應付你一下,女店員就一副不干她的事,回答問題也是指向是你們自己的問題。老人家是不精明,但年輕人不是要說清楚一點嗎?結果話都只說一半,還算計客人,上網吃到飽的也有588方案,還騙說最便宜的就是699這種方案,這家店只是一般的通訊行,建議要辦門號手機之類的,還是去直營的服務處較好,也較清楚知道所有細節。真的想辦,建議還是多貨比三家。
