★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was ready to buy a filson bag and walking in at 1:40pm the staff in the store without even bothering to get up and put down his cellphone looked up at me without any professionalism and said "were not open". Mind you this is after I walked into the store with an unlocked door and an OPEN sign hanging on the door. Confused I asked him to repeat and he yet again replied in a very unfriendly tone saying there closed. I asked him not speak to me like that and I barely got a sorry. He replied again right after that they were not opened and went back to looking at his phone as if he was a big boss running a giant empire. Sad for them they lost out on business and I will never go back even if they are the only store that sells filson. I am sure there are other staff there that are much better that this person was but sadly this was my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find durable outdoor goods from Filson, Schott, White's Boots, and Alden at this store. This is the one of the best stores in Taipei to check out US made classics. The retail price isn't low but the items are worthy every penny. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
