兩個店員，一個可能客人問題比較多，所以幫她結帳比較久。另一位服務完一組客人還幫他們結帳，我想應該會幫我結，結果視而不見！離開櫃檯去服務別人，也沒有要你們對我推銷我只是拿好東西，幫我結帳有這麼難嗎？我本身是Aveda品牌愛好者！去到信義店這樣服務，我蠻傻眼！後來決定不買，去其他家店，有效率又親切！

Two clerks, one may have more customer problems, so it takes longer to check out for her. After serving a group of guests, another person helped them check out. I thought he would check out for me, but turned a blind eye! I left the counter to serve others without asking you to sell me. I just took good things. Is it so difficult to check out for me? I am an Aveda brand fan myself! I'm dumbfounded to go to Xinyi Store to serve this way! Later, I decided not to buy it and went to another store, which was efficient and kind!

今晚值班的漂亮小姐姐，詳細介紹梳子的功能，並協助塗抹免沖洗護髮品，順毛後撫平毛鱗片增加購買意願，後來購買時換另一位氣質小姐姐，也再詳細說明產品內容，謝謝兩位熱情的服務，實在十分難得。雖然說一開始表明只看梳子，但也願意耐心回答其他產品問題，下次再去購買！
