What I really appreciate is they are excellent at communicating throughout the ordering process - letting me know about different flowers availability - even adjusting their schedule to accommodate my order! When the exact flowers that I had ordered weren't available (through no fault of theirs) - they upgraded to a more expensive option at no extra cost to me. And they hand delivered the flowers with instruction on their care. Finally, the arrangement looked amazing - way beyond my expectations and even better than they looked online. 10/10, 5 stars, would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best flower delivery in Taipei! I am in the US and was struggling to find a way to deliver flowers in Taipei. I was so lucky to run into Avignon Florist's website! They arranged an amazing bouquet and Vanessa did an outstanding job in communicating with me via email and delivering the flowers the day after my order. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing delivery and communication, and the flowers were beautiful and massive. Dave and Vanessa reached out over email after order was placed to confirm the order and timeline. I'd sent a group of flowers to my parents at their hotel, some for them, some for my grandma at the hospital - seeing the card/note in the delivery, Avignon reached out to my parents to confirm, choosing a different basket style, and then directly delivered one of the arrangements to the hospital (and at the end of the day - I also had the realization that I'm not sure if my parents could've brought flowers from their [quarantine] hotel room to the hospital, even if they tried!).
Avignon - thank you for being so thoughtful, we very much appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered twice through Avignon Florist. I’m based in California and my sister lives in Taipei. Vanessa and Dave are an amazing team that creates the most stunning arrangements that exceed my expectations every time. Ordering from overseas can be difficult and tough to find trustworthy sources but Vanessa and Dave made the experience so easy and safe.
They were quick to email me to confirm my order and they provided pictures of the finished bouquets. I told Vanessa and Dave to leave the arrangement with the concierge if my sister was not home and they were so beautiful that the concierge had them on display in the lobby until she arrived home. Her neighbors were all complimenting the arrangement and they were hoping it was for them! I couldn’t be happier to use Vanessa and Dave’s services. I will definitely be back for more orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with passing of someone you know is never easy especially when you are abroad in a different country.
Avignon did a phenomenal job ensuring that the flowers delivered punctually. The arrangment was beautiful, communication and service was top notch throughout the process.
The staff were fluent in English and Chinese. Would recommend to anyone aboard needing to send flowers in Taiwan.

They are incredibly attentive and dedicated, and do an awesome job of caring for their customers. Definitely one of the best interactions I ever had. Wish more businesses were like this...
It's been two weeks since I ordered a bouquet and the flowers still look spectacular. The arrangement they made was 100x better in real life than what they advertised on the website. The price is extremely undervalued for what they delivered, and regarding delivery, I guess they have Swiss watches on because they rang the doorbell at the exact time planned, not a minute late, not one short.
Great job you two! Keep it up!
