 The procedure was quite smooth, as it was reserved in advance. I can not speak Japanese, but you can respond in plain English. The clerk was friendly.

車子裡外都乾淨整潔，但我開的這台打R擋採油門會空轉然後有點小暴衝（起碼兩三次），超可怕 （回程忘了跟服務人員反應這個問題?）希望業者可以仔細檢查每台車的車況。
回程需要把油加滿還車唷！

服務人員請我們檢查外觀完什麼都沒介紹就直接走回辦公室內(?)推銷保險倒是推的很賣力
坐進車內發現椅子上有疑似女性生理期遺留的一片髒污，服務人員說車子都有整理過，後來想說算了因為服務人員說沒有其他車了～不悅之餘上車後發現更多看不出來車子是有整理過的景象，包含霉味參雜淡淡的煙味、使用過的衛生紙以及711醬包^_^？
⚠️ The worst option for renting a car
The service staff asked us to check the appearance and walked back to the office without introducing anything (?) It was very hard to sell insurance.
When I got in the car, I found that there was a piece of dirt on the chair that was suspected to be left by a woman's menstrual period. The service staff said that the car had been cleaned up. Later, I wanted to say that it was okay because the service staff said that there were no other cars. 人員介紹服務問題：（沒介紹車鑰匙怎用、沒講油品加什麼、講解人員非常省話
講解最詳細的是怎麼加買保險。
不過平安還車最重要，祝生意興隆...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Mr. Liu for helping us! Renting a car through him was a breeze, and he even gave us some help with driving tips and suggested a great stop for our family, a popsicle stand with a great mountainside view.
If we ever need to rent a car in Taiwan again, will definitely use Avis again!
