(10/30更新)後續總公司對本人的客訴處理尚可接受,並已退款大部分押金。門市人員的態度真的很重要!請加油! 第一次在AVIS 租車,真是很糟的經驗,接待人員是新人所以取車過程讓人很攏長就算了,因為小小的車損硬被坑了11000,請他們店長出來溝通,從頭到尾處理都是推給新人,生死書都簽了,也只能自認倒霉?。

Not at HSR station. It's actually at Taiwan Railway station, which is problematic when you are returning the car. It is a one-way road at the HSR and you have a complicated return route when trying to get to their car lot there. Recommend Car Plus (格上租車) when renting at this location for a more convenient return lot. I'm a long time Avis renter, but this AVIS location is named inappropriately and is deceiving to the customer as it's not in the HSR station and uses off-site parking in the Taiwan Rail station. 根本不再高鐵站裡 其實在台鐵 還車非常不方便 服務人員動作不是很快所以建議還車前15分鐘就打電話請他們出來還車

Booked via Partner provider. Location was abit challenging at first but from Taichung HSR once you tap out at the exit gantry, immediately find the direction towards Xinwuri Station and you will walk across a connected linkway where you would immediately see the AVIS booth. Car was reasonably new with low mileage and without issues. The handover process was great as the staff took great care to mark down any defect, major or minor. The only downside was the returning leg was abit tricky if you miss the turn to the station, you have to drive a huge round pass the HSR to u-turn. It would be great if the staff could provide a map handout of nearest gas/petrol station and route to ease the tourist!
