對於意外後處理非常不恰當
收取合約列名的最高自付額後就表示事件已與他們無關，後續事情不要找他們
即使後來保險公司確認車輛維修費不足他們所收取的金額亦沒有主動聯絡商討如何退回多付的錢
後來更直接說只收取最高自付額就了事?！
This company has unacceptably ridiculous polices for handling post-car accident issues, such as insurance. After you paid the deductible stated in the contract, they stated that they have nothing to do with this incident and even told me not to find them for anything afterward. Eventually the repair cost far less than the deductible I paid. However the company did not tell me anything about the cost but instead told me that the case is closed and they would not contact me regarding things related to the accident again?!
How about the extra money I paid? And not to mentioned no one from the company contacted me for anything? I felt like I was robbed instead of receicing services I paid for.
