When he did a breakdown of our car costs he said he only accepts credit card, which I don't have it on me so I asked if cash was possible. He Gave me an unhappy look and just accepted my money? I don't understand, if nothing is possible can't he just explain nicely? Really horrible! His colleague was nice, but not him. Ivan, watch out for him!
A	Alban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience and bad customer service I had an unfortunate experience where I forgot to bring my international driver licence and the staff did not try to help/to find a solution. Neither did the clerk provide an alternative solution such as bus/train to go to my destination. Avis and Budget share the same boutique which results in a lack of business acumen from their staff. No partial or full refund obtained. Disappointed by the lack of honesty. At the end of the day, the bus at the domestic airport nearby was much more helpful than this unfortunate experience.
