老闆態度真的很差,不事先溝通商品破損/結構差異,把貨給你之後再跟你說,這是收藏老件的意義。我不懂我為什麼花錢還要受氣跟看他臉色。 故事原委: 我們找成對餐椅蠻長ㄧ段時間,偶然看到此店網站有成對的餐椅,到店內試坐其中ㄧ把椅子後直接和老闆購買兩把ㄧ樣的椅子,基於互信所以也沒特別去看第二把椅子,於是乎在全額匯款後老闆將椅子所謂「整理」好後直接送來家裡,看上去樣子沒什麼問題,但論和其他店家整理的品質相比,相去甚遠,椅子縫有灰塵,木頭把手其實打磨也不夠,椅面還有殘留的白色污點,可能是時間倉促,所以當下並不特別計較這個。 老闆離開後,我們立馬試坐就馬上發現第二把座感不ㄧ樣,覺得很奇怪,因為第二把座椅其實底座結構根本不是我們要的(如附圖),馬上反應後,老闆說這是主觀問題,絲毫沒有要檢討自己為什麼不盡到責任事前溝通兩把椅子的差異。 請他換其他把給我們,結果他說其他張都有破損,但是網路上賣這把椅子的介紹完全沒提到破損或瑕疵。 說實在話,這件事其實可以被處理得更好,但是老闆的態度就很像是我們找他麻煩ㄧ樣不甘不願。 最後我們選擇換其中ㄧ把有兩處破損,但座感是我們要的橡膠底座。老闆完全不給退錢- 身為顧客還得好聲好氣請他處理,老闆只願意退500塊給我們作為換回想要的座底結構,但破皮椅子換皮的補貼,事實上大家都知道換皮絕對要3000塊以上,完全懶得問老闆說為啥要只退我500塊打發我,然而我自己拿椅子過去換的計程車錢都要300多塊,盡是無奈。想了很久要不要發聲,會打這長篇大論不是我想弄老闆,我也真的沒有很閒,而是希望我們消費者還是能有正義,不是摸摸鼻子就算了,本人也是花了35000,真的是買ㄧ肚子氣,請大家慎入。 2021/04/03 昨天晚上立馬收到老闆ㄧ連串強烈情緒字眼要我刪除評論,單向的連續炮轟我感到好疲乏。 說實話我從頭到尾都沒有說老闆騙我,或是逼迫我消費,主要原因也是我們都花錢了,老闆不給退錢,我們也只能在他提供的選項中做選擇,只是整個過程和對話都讓我們很不開心,所以我要說出來。 店家確時有提供換皮的選擇,但是,他說若換了皮我們就得把那把帶走,沒有其他更換選擇,坦白說我們也很擔心換皮處理的馬虎態度或任何可能的修補損壞,我們寧可帶走最接近我們要的那把,但是有兩處破損的椅子,而且破損處真的肉眼看得見,並非所謂不明顯。不過我們也就自認倒霉。從頭到尾老闆還是認為他提供的第二把外觀與第ㄧ把ㄧ模ㄧ樣,我真的是不知道要說什麼了。 附圖加上老闆的強烈字眼截圖供大家判定,我不知道為什麼提供真實購買回饋還得被告知要被提告,這不就是google review 的意義嗎。商家的態度跟回應真的讓人感到傻眼。 我會封鎖此商家,請大家小心。
