1.她強調老闆很努力&人很好(我尊重他的說法,但我真的沒感受到)
2. 她要補充說明前述第2點他在意的點:老闆修VW出身,補充"後來在其他民間廠受過賓士車訓練"!我也沒給他修過賓士車,當然不會否定他修賓士能力,不然不會全廠都賓士車!(這樣說對他較公平,我也願補充,但這完全不是我的重點)
3.但老闆第一次若強調不修老BMW,拒收我也會尊重
4.第一次問題沒解決,回復引擎不抖了,早點打發走,但回家馬上抖,隔個週末再去車廠修,他們完全不會不好意思!我真的感受不好
5. E36 325i我持有已20多年,經歷過台北,新北,新竹市,台中縣,台中市修車廠,我有完整保養修車紀錄,沒有一間會嫌棄說"你剛接手這台車嗎?都沒在顧車嗎?這車很不好",我承認這車老了,您說BMW車很不好,賓士車較少毛病(您的想法)我也尊重您個人想法,但當年滿街跑E36車主不知怎麼想?(不要挑起雙B車主不同觀感,既然專修雙B,也尊重一下雙B還有BMW吧!)
6. 不要反嗆我"零件若有買到這價格,你賣給我"!請問您有負責像我一樣去求證過嗎?還是您能掌控整個零件市場?
7. 您說您責任是說明清楚,那我責任就是告訴一般車主我的車進廠的待遇供參
不理想的維修經驗:
1.小姐親切,負責的師父認真2.老闆修VW出身,但全廠皆為賓士車,偶有一輛非賓士車出現,不是專修雙B,請檢視先前評論留言相片為證
3.老闆會用代用堪用零件
4.小姐聲稱老闆很佛心,視客戶車如己車,我完全沒此感覺,絕對沒有較省錢
5.老闆不願修新客戶的老舊車,嫌老車問題多,麻煩多,一直要我找別間
6.留車檢修不會先報零件價,付費完,換新零件價事後查約近市價2倍(而且非原廠件)
7.第一次去沒修好,要求股東以電腦檢測,提了三次,沒做,出廠仍有原問題,再去要求全車檢測底盤,路上試車,老闆與股東以沒空推諉沒試車沒看底盤,感覺就像廠內沒空間,早點出廠有交代,但我不趕時間,客戶感受不佳
8.老闆與股東把此車嫌棄得一文不值,感覺只願修好修的新車,客戶感受不佳
9.與網路評論不同,生意很好很忙,很遺憾個人感受不佳,新客戶慎慮

3. But if the boss insists on not repairing the old BMW for the first time, I will respect him if he refuses to accept it.

Not ideal repair experience:
1. The lady is kind, and the responsible master is serious 2. The boss is from VW, but the whole factory is Mercedes-Benz. Occasionally a non-Benz car appears, not specializing in double B, please check the previous comment and leave the photo as proof
3. The boss will use the spare parts
4. The lady claims that the boss is very Buddhist and treats the customer's car as his own. I don't feel that way at all, and there is absolutely no saving money.
5. The boss is reluctant to repair the old car of the new customer. He thinks that the old car has many problems and troubles. He keeps asking me to find another room.
6. If you keep the car for maintenance, you will not report the price of the parts first. After the payment is completed, the price of the replacement parts will be checked after the event, which is about 2 times the market price (and non-original parts)
7. The first time it was not repaired, I asked the shareholders to test it with a computer. I mentioned it three times, but I didn’t do it, and the original problem still existed. Then I went to ask the whole car to test the chassis and test the car on the road. , It feels like there is no space in the factory, and there is an explanation for leaving the factory earlier, but I am not in a hurry, and the customer feels bad
8. The boss and shareholders dislike this car as worthless, and feel that they only want to repair the new car, and the customer feels bad
9. Unlike online reviews, business is very good and busy, unfortunately personal feelings are not good, new customers are cautious
