歷經多日來的思考,沒道理車商爽爽賺,我被當潘子而悶不吭聲,所以決定在這留下本人的購車及保養歷程,本論述僅陳述事實,不左右他人在哪購車意願。 事情是這樣的: 1、購車時說好的v kool隔熱紙,在交車時給的卻是OEM廠且隔熱效能非常差的,要不是個隔熱紙有問題,甚至有彩虹色出現,經貼隔熱紙的老闆告知,不然我永遠都被埋在鼓裡。 2、買車時就已告知會自備機油,老闆及其兒子也說沒問題,還強調擁有40年修車經驗,且費用絕對比外面還便宜。結果第一次回廠小保養時,僅換機油(自備)、機油芯、水箱及雨刷箱加水,輪胎對調(還要用拜託的)、電池檢測等,其他都沒有,這樣的工資要收取2400元,機油芯(600元)、稅金(150元)另計,這已是一般保養費的3倍之多,明顯把自己當作賓士原廠在收費,但實際卻沒有原廠保養的規格。 3、在保養時,我內人及小孩均在接待室等車,此時一名女性員工突然在我內人面前抽取報紙內的廣告夾單,在沒任何知會的情況下害我內人嚇一跳,也沒道歉,一副理所當然的樣子,重點是工資都媲美原廠價格,卻沒享受媲美原廠之服務! 4、保養完後返家路程中發現雨刷不會出水,而兩天前才去南部,使用上並無異狀,詢問下才得知,保養時都沒做檢測,僅加水而已,想想這工資2400元還真好賺;經與維修部廠長溝通後隔日再北上檢修,雖不收取任何費用,也答應會做電腦檢測(感謝該維修廠長與課長),只是從苗栗到該車廠,我也是花了時間(請假)、油錢及過路費。 5、因車子有購買保固險,對於這樣拖拉推、有問題提出只會裝傻的售後服務已不敢再領教,因此詢問賣我車的人(老闆兒子)往後不在該廠保養會影響保固出險嗎?沒想到得到的答案是「會」!真是有夠沒有良心的商家;雖與保養廠長協調後,允若真需出險會給予協助,但碰到上述誠信問題,還真讓人不敢期待,當然也是希望廠長能說到做到,在此期間只能保佑自己的車子能頭好壯壯。 結尾: 賺錢養家不容易,要存錢買一台好車更是不容易,真的多看多聽多問,別太急躁,好車還是很多的,以上是買車到保養的經過,有發票、收據及相關影片為證。
