★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well... A bit overpriced... Nice and friendly staffs, but she welcomed us with dirty water... the drink still with the food from the previous customer... Other than that, food is okay, environment is cozy... But... Probably won't visit again because seems like they didn't pay much attention to clean up...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the batter is certainty there. The pancakes are moist and the portion is good enough. The service can be improved for sure (unprofessional to display arguments in front of customers — please conduct training internally).
