覺得整復的過程是很柔和的慢慢去按摩調整,不是那種很大力聽到咖咖咖的喬骨,也會針對你的身體狀況去評估先調整什麼部位,覺得蠻好的

產後三個月,想好好調理一下身體,在媽媽社團裡面看見有其他媽媽推薦這裡的產後調理課程,預約了骨盆調理跟平腹調理,到了現場由小孟老師幫我服務,老師非常專業細心,因為我有腰痠的問題,老師建議這次可以先把平腹調理改為背部調理,可以舒緩腰痛的狀況,老師手法很溫柔,整個過程中都很照顧到我的感受,我一度還放鬆到睡著了。做完課程後臀圍跟腰圍當場都少了5公分,而且小孟老師很仔細的跟我解說了我的身體狀況,還傳授了一些能夠回家自己保養的動作,超級貼心。已經準備預約下一次了,真的非常推薦產後的媽媽或是想調理身體的朋友可以來體驗喔!???

因為月子中心的媽媽群大力推薦baby mama,終於找到時間可以趕緊來體驗,一直以為要恢復產前身材可能要整骨挨痛,沒想到來這體驗過的媽媽們說的那樣,可以不痛又舒壓的結束療程,老師的手法真的是非常專業,這次的骨盆還小了3公分有,應該再兩次我就可以恢復產前體態了,開心!!不論有沒有生過小孩的女生們,想要調理身體身形都可以來體驗看看喔!大推!!
