櫃檯的人員態度非常不好，當時離打烊時間還有 45分鐘，我帶著小孩進去詢問游泳課，也提到想拿文宣回家看。結果櫃台說，我們要下班了，如果要知道任何資訊請上官網，這年頭大家都用網路，所以我們沒有文宣，而且要下班了，我們一般很準時關門，所以沒時間回答你啦，請你上網，謝謝。(然後低頭繼續結帳。)
我再問 "可是官網上沒有提到價格，想知道詳細的課程堂數與價格。"
櫃台回 "你可以加我們 Line, 有問題上去問。"
非常傻眼，櫃台的服務真是令人不敢恭維。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泳池很擁擠，氯氣味道很重，不適合月齡太小的寶貝。課程沒有分齡，上個班的小朋友都超過一歲，我們試游的小寶貝都不超過六個月，但課程內容卻是一模一樣。
小寶貝因為想睡覺有點哭鬧，外面的老師要求媽媽躲起來不要讓寶貝看到，說寶貝是因為想找媽媽才一直哭鬧⋯覺得老師不是很有耐心。
換洗區域空間狹窄，環境也不是很乾淨⋯

The changing area is narrow and the environment is not very clean.
