The restaurant is very beautiful. They took a lot of effort in creating a beautiful place. And the garden outside is wonderful, lavender, rosemary. Overall beautiful. But the food, sorry, not very good. My friend had a spicy beef red sauce pasta that was more Asian then Italian. I had the lasagna and it just wasn’t good. Flavors were not very strong and the quality and amount of mozzarella cheese was not good. My friend had a latte and said it was very good. I had a cappuccino, and it was more like a small latte. They have a great espresso machine. But the coffee, for me, was a little disappointing. The tiramisu is the best, I definitely recommend it, it’s a dry tiramisu, so it’s full of flavor and a little bit crunchy. And considering I don’t really like tiramisu I was very impressed with their dessert. But I would not return, I didn’t go for the beautiful restaurant with a beautiful garden, I went for Italian food. They don’t really have very good Italian food in my Opinion. But if you want a beautiful place to have lunch, take photos, it may be the place for you

Just called to make reservations for tomorrow , but being hanged up immediately without any chance to enjoy their food. Guess they had run good business, don’t need more customers. ? I called again a week later and received good phone manners. The food is yummy, service is great, environment is fantastic, I can feel the efforts you’ve been working on. A recommended restaurant. It’s worthy to give it several tries. Thanks

Went to Bacitali during their soft opening. The restaurant itself is very nice the decor gives a pleasant faux european vibe. Wait staff seemed a bit new as we asked for water twice but didnt get any so we ended up serving ourselves. Focaccia was complimentary but you need to pay extra for olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We ordered the burrata, seafood soup, lasagna and angelhair pasta with clams. Overall experience comes off as mediocre.

Good environment but food is ok. At first going into this restaurant it looked very elegant and high end but looks can be deceiving. It is a great place to take pictures (food and restaurant) but if you want authentic Italian food this place is not it. Although it has the aesthetics the food is disappointing. I got the steak pasta but it was more Taiwanese than Italian (It tasted like beef stir fry). The food is ok but not great for the price. There are some Italian food like lasagna and white wine pasta but it still doesn’t meet up to standard.

Beautiful place, a warm environment especially for foreigners as the staff can speak English. We enjoyed ourselves and the food was great ?

Nice dining environment , delicious food with very reasonable portion . Service staff are courteous with good service. We had a excellent and memorable evening! Compliment to *Mr Wei*店長 for his great service.

It's my first time to visit. The place is nice and photogenic. Maybe I visit during the Chinese New Year, so the service is pretty too slow especially for serving the main dish. I wait for an hour to get the table, for me it's is okay because I didn't book it in advance. But after getting the table from around 1.45, I get my spaghetti at nearly 3 o clock, and still wait for the dessert. We order tiramisu, but when it will be served, Tiramisu is sold out. For me the taste is pretty okay, not super tasty but it's nice because of the atmosphere and the decoration around. However, the service when I visit is very slow. The menu is limited to set menu only and there is no English menu
