我的包包終於在貨運單上查到了所以來給個負評,順便記下整個事情。 三創的店員真的不負責任到不可思議的地步。 (7/11) 一月的時候跟他們買了一個FX CREATIONS跟EVA聯名的AGS減壓後背包, 結果背不到兩個月那個減壓彈簧就壞掉,四月初拿去送修說要等一個月, 好了會打給我,結果五月都沒等到電話,跑去櫃位問他們都說還沒, 後來因為疫情我不敢亂跑 6月就沒再去多問, 結果7/11時去, 三創那店員說我的單維修部一直沒回應,要我自己打客服問? 都不會覺得維修單幾個月沒回來該主動幫客人確認一下的嗎? 我中間至少也跑了兩次問都丟給我一句沒有有了會打電話, 後來跟客服確認後是跟我說我的包包是整個彈簧軸歪掉修不好, 但不知道為什麼也不跟我聯絡,就這樣讓我傻傻等了四個月, 最後決定直接由三創櫃位那邊寄一個全新的給我。 (7/26) 怎料我原本以為終於可以拿到包包了,等了兩個禮拜還是沒收到。 只好又又又又又打去客服問,客服小姐說會幫我確認, 我請他們說確認好了麻煩給我回個電話,不要我再主動來問你們。 她們也說好,會確認狀況, 結果我還是整天都沒接到電話。 (7/27) 百般無奈又再次打去客服問, 客服很生氣說明明昨天就有囑咐三創那邊要聯絡我, 然而結果就是沒有。 說會幫我過去罵人 (對我來說根本不重要阿,我的包包呢?) 最後是由客服那邊昨天已經幫我寄出, 查貨運單號也確認已經送出了。 只好來送個大負評給你們。 從不主動聯絡。 包包修不好也不跟我說。 東西因為貨運問題沒寄出也不跟我說。 要客人等到天荒地老, 真的是這輩子數一數二差的購買體驗。 請大家想買這家也不要來三創這邊購買。
My bag was finally found on the freight bill, so I gave a negative review and jot down the whole thing by the way. The clerk of Sanchuang is really irresponsible to the point of incredible. (7/11) In January, I bought an AGS decompression backpack co-branded by FX CREATIONS and EVA. As a result, the decompression spring broke after less than two months of carrying it. In early April, it was sent for repair and said that it would take a month. I'll call me when I'm done, but I didn't wait for the call in May, so I went to the counter and asked them and they all said they hadn't. Later, because of the epidemic, I didn’t dare to run around. In June, I didn’t ask more questions. As a result, I went at 7/11, The clerk of Sanchuang said that my order maintenance department has not responded, so I need to call customer service to ask? Don’t you think that you should take the initiative to help the customer confirm the maintenance order after a few months? I ran at least twice among me and asked, and I threw me a call if I didn’t have it. Later, after confirming with the customer service, I told me that the whole spring shaft of my bag was crooked and could not be repaired. But I don’t know why I didn’t contact me, so I waited stupidly for four months. Finally, I decided to send a brand new one to me directly from the Sanchuang counter. (7/26) Unexpectedly, I thought I could finally get the bag, but after waiting for two weeks, I still didn't receive it. I had to call customer service again and again to ask, and the customer service lady said that she would help me confirm. I asked them to confirm that it’s OK, please call me back instead of asking me to ask you. They also said yes, they would confirm the situation, As a result, I still didn't receive a call all day. (7/27) Helpless in every possible way, I called the customer service again and asked. The customer service was very angry and explained that yesterday they asked Sanchuang to contact me. However, the result is no. Said it would help me curse people in the past (It doesn’t matter to me at all, what about my bag?) Finally, the customer service side sent it out for me yesterday. Check the shipping order number and confirm that it has been sent. I have to come and send you a big negative review. Never take the initiative to contact. Don't tell me if the package repair is not good. I didn't even tell me if things were not sent due to shipping issues. Asking guests to wait until the sky is old, It's really one of the best buying experience in this life. Please don't come to Sanchuang to buy this one if you want to buy it.
