店內有提供乾洗手給客人消毒挺不錯的。
蜂巢蝦是去殼蝦裹麵漿去油炸,但那層麵衣含油較多,沾到醬汁馬上就會變得軟爛,最上層酥脆的麵衣很容易碎掉,應該要主動提供湯匙給客人使用。
餐廳營業中,室內卻沒開燈,顯得有點陰暗。
很可惜蜂巢蝦不能做小份的。

2.因為停靠在琉球嶼小琉球漁港碼頭頭等泊位,第一天晚上於民宿團隊登記分發入住後,因為就在民宿山腳下有地利之便,晚餐前往小琉球老店百海餐廳兩桌用餐,一桌約六千元以上,由吾等新任船長集資,順便慰勞宴請辛苦的領隊艦長及副船長、輪機長;
3.豐盛菜色:
鮪魚生魚片、蜂巢蝦(特殊菜色,很漂亮)、涼拌龍蝦、龍腸,鮭魚卵飯、炸海魚、蒜香小卷、高麗菜、炸蚵、火龍果紅肉等,酒類:臺灣生啤酒、海尼根、小琉球當地啤酒「卡普墩」牌(臺灣買不到),大家喝得盡興。
4.餐廳地點非常好找,惜服務人員不多,出菜速度算快,桌子很快就滿,在下時常體諒餐飲業上菜很辛苦,要跑來跑去被吆喝,我們乾脆熟門熟路都自己拿杯子、追加餐具、清理空盤子及蝦殼殘餚,互相體諒。
