Bali Sewage Treatment Plant

The “Freshwater River Sewerage System is set up by the Taipei Municipal Government and the Taiwan Provincial Government is entrusted to the Taipei Municipal Government”. The Taipei City Government Works Bureau's Welfare Service has been commissioned by the Executive Yuan since June of the Republic of China and has operated and maintained operations so far. The sewage treatment capacity of the first phase of construction completed at this stage is 1.32 million cubic meters per day. The treated sewage includes excess sewage from New Taipei City, Keelung City and Taipei City. After the primary treatment, the sewage will be 6,660 kilometers long. The marine discharge pipe of the ruler is diffused and discharged into the Taiwan Strait.

In the Shuangbei Wastewater Treatment and Sedimentation Center, the treated wastewater is discharged to the sea from the extension of the dark pipe. Currently, Taipei City is commissioned by New Taipei City to operate.

I found that in the east direction, there is usually a ditch odor wafting out, especially at around 10:30 and at around 17:30. The other irregular times are 2-3 times a day, and occasionally at night.. I don’t know. Is the sewage plant connected? However, a while ago the epidemic was related to working at home, and there was a special trip to the neighborhood, and there was indeed no ditch stench in the west! And a few times when I drove by Museum Road, I was fainted.
