今天其實是先去楠梓分行開戶,楠梓分行守衛人員一開始完全沒有問要辦什麼開戶要去哪裡,自己先抽號碼牌到經辦櫃台後才知道要去服務台,等候的時候小姐的動作很慢&積極度不夠,等候多時才抬頭告訴我要等多久,所以氣到直接到北高雄分行這裡來,北高雄分行的守衛伯伯在我一進去就親切告訴我該怎麼辦,以及要等候多久是否要等,我表明願意等以後,等候一下後北高雄分行服務台那位的戴著眼鏡長髮的服務小姐,過程迅速且態度良好的幫我開立帳戶,戴著口罩還是可以感受到他的笑容,不同分行給人天差地遠的感受,一定要給五顆星!

由進門的警衛大哥至幫我服務的副理余先生都非常好? 完全和之前右昌分行的服務差很多,很早之前在右昌開戶記得態度非常不好,所以之後都沒有去那邊交易,現在剛搬家到左營沒想到新家旁邊就有一家高雄銀行,因工作需要來補辦戶頭,才發現這裡的服務差好多,這裡真的很好? 原本一位中途出現的小姐讓人感覺不太耐煩,但是余副理最後有來處理好,余副理會盡力協助解決問題,警衛大哥人也很好,所以大致上給好評? 以後不用都跑台灣銀行了,也可以來高雄銀行?
