★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始說開戶 問我是公司還是個人 我說公司 開始搜尋公司名字 後來因為公司沒有開通一些規定 我說那我可以用個人名義開 竟然叫我去戶籍地才能開 直接把我打發走 我就是沒時間回戶籍地才來的 然後剛剛在一樣不是戶籍地的板橋其他分行 開完戶了 服務人員一樣問了很多問題 但是我說明願意後 就還是態度很好的幫我開戶 而不是嫌麻煩的 連問都沒問 就打發人走 感覺極差

I just had no time to send me away. I just came back to my domicile and then I just opened an account at another branch in Banqiao, which is not my domicile. The service staff asked a lot of questions, but after I said I was willing, I still had a good attitude to help me open an account instead of asking for trouble. It feels terrible to send someone away without asking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/13下午3點整前往貴分行開薪轉帳戶，行員告知無法照會人資，而且公司因為在埔墘分行附近，要我前往埔墘分行開戶，說因為銀行公司內部沒有連線。但公司說每個板信銀行都可以開薪轉戶，這樣被告知真的感覺非常差。
