大樓前面的噴水池，也是所有在板橋一帶玩寶可夢 Pokémon Go 的朋友所知道的熱門補給站。每次有特殊稀有怪降臨，吸引了許多人來這邊挑戰與抓寶，人潮洶湧，讓不知情的朋友還以為發生了什麼事情。
板信商銀於 1957 年 4 月 25 日由板橋本地的望族劉家所創立，當時名為板橋信用合作社，後於 1997 年改制為板信商業銀行，是少數由早年的「信用合作社」成功改制為銀行的金融機構。
