1. 從頭到尾狂問私人事情 我能了解銀行需要知道我即將要對我的帳號要做什麼 但是也太私人了
2. 從一開始跟她說明要辦網路銀行跟金融卡 填完一大堆資料 她說她不知道我要辦網路銀行並且她態度開始不耐煩 說要重填
3. 辦理轉帳金額限制 她不知道規則 還被上司提醒說必須要有讀卡機才能處理
4. 與我解釋金融卡與網銀帳號時，一問三不知，我說我不太懂，他居然也回我，我也是不懂呢。到最後還說，算了當我沒說。

1. Asking private things from start to finish I can understand that banks need to know what I'm about to do with my account but it's too personal
2. From the beginning, she told her to do online banking and debit card. After filling out a lot of information, she said that she didn't know that I was going to do online banking and she became impatient and said she would do it
3. Limit on the amount of money transferred. She didn't know the rules. She was reminded by her boss that a card reader was required to process it.
4. When explaining the financial card and online banking account to me, I asked three questions and I did n’t know. I said that I did n’t know much. He even returned to me, and I did n’t. At the end I said, forget it when I didn't say.
