板信圓山分行處理事情真的很不對,讓我很不高興! 今天當我匯款帳號讓您貴行不清楚時,為什麼不當場詢問我,或是打電話和我確認過後再來匯款動作,而是自己討論可能是什麼數字的時候進行匯款動作,導致匯款錯誤被退回,讓客人再重新跑銀行、再付一次匯款費,不解! 在電話通知裡我已經表明很不高興,再次過去櫃檯的時候,貴行只表明不好意思,沒關係啦!手續費$30我們銀行(減免)!你是在哈囉嗎?今天如果是我自己寫的帳號錯誤,而不願意再次支付手續費$30,我是個奧客!今天完全是貴行的錯誤,你應該直接在電話上表明:對不起!由於我們銀行自行輸入錯誤,沒有和您再次確認,導致您的麻煩,手續費我們銀行(自行吸收)!而不是(減免)給客人,因為不是客人的錯!我不需要你的減免,沒有在ㄠ您們$30元!你們對客人的話術都需要再教育,真的讓人很不高興!
