行內可能需要再多一點人力支援 我總共花了1小時才辦理好要做的三項業務 在辦理時 聽到旁邊聊天說 太過操勞 流動性很大的樣子 不過 年輕警衛先生的態度不錯 有指引去服務台 只是 服務台人員1個 雖然客人也少 我等待時 都看到櫃檯已經辦好 走了好幾個客人了 但對於櫃台小姐的服務是不錯的 (印象好像是4號櫃台小姐) 對於我細節的詢問 也不會有厭煩 或不耐煩的感覺 這是很難得的 縱使是他不熟悉的事項 也集群集力 詢問 同事 甚至電話客服 幫我處理好了 最後還很細心 熱情 提醒我 現在簿子的差異和辦理方式的變化 這些都是值得讚許的 如果熟悉業務後 效率可能會更好點 在於我最重視的態度 是標準之上的 至於辦事方式 只要 現場有把我需要辦理的事項 辦好 其實有多花些時間 我個人是不太介意的 人總都需要個熟悉的時間和空間麻 當然了 效率好點 也更好 總評 3星初吧 櫃台小姐個人4星

部份行員明顯教育訓練不足,之後主管出面,雖對客戶說話客氣,轉頭卻對自家行員嚴詞斥責,弄得氣氛非常尷尬,怪不得窗口的行員幾乎都沒笑容,也看過其他人被推銷壽險還是金融產品的樣子,這樣跑趟銀行感覺好累,整體服務不甚理想。

因為換工作需要去台中銀行開戶,不知道要帶什麼,有先打電話過去問,他們也很細心地交待我要帶什麼去 ,讓我第一印象的感覺蠻好的 ! 自已去到分行時,人真的超多的,自已還要在等3位,原本想說會等很久,看到櫃檯人員出來一個一個問我們要辦什麼,先拿單子給我們填寫,跟我們道歉 ,說開戶需要一點時間,不好意思,要等一下,雖然自己沒差,但我覺得真的有顧慮到我們的感受, 之後好像是分行的主管走出來,也詢問我要辦什麼,就幫我引導到其他櫃台處理, 整體上服務蠻好的!! 只是看到櫃台人員都好忙,要處理事情,又要接電話,中間又有幾個插隊的人要問問題, 真心感覺櫃台人員都很辛苦的,覺得銀行要多請人幫忙!!

開戶流程其實蠻快的,自己有先電話詢問後也在電話中預約,人員有先引導到官網網站預填系統先填寫基本資料,也幫我排在當天好像有其他客戶取消的時段,也沒有像之前去其他銀行開戶等那麼久, 在開戶的過程中,剛好遇到好像有預約的客戶晚到1小時多,要求要馬上幫他開戶,一直對服務人員大小聲似的,也因為這樣心情也受到影響..... 去銀行裡碰到奧客真的也已經是司空見慣了..... 真的覺得這年頭的服務業真的不好做....
